Flame Adopted Qamar-ul-Islam School

FLAME is pleased to inform all its friends that it has adopted Qamar-ul-Islam Girls and Boys Primary and Secondary school Punjab Colony, Clifton Karachi. The school with a student population of approximately 700 was in a dilapidated and extremely run down condition which FLAME has repaired, renovated and refurbished at a cost of over Rs. 5 million. Although a complete idea about the extent of work can be gained only by a visit, a few pictures showing the condition of the school before its take over by FLAME and after is given below to show the difference. The construction work is still going on therefore some of the pictures are of facilities still under construction. We hope that the work will be finished in the next 10 days and we will post new pictures when the work has been completed in all respects.
